carpet stains cleaning issues
this lodging has a free parking that is acceptable. i found that to be suitable for my needs.
the cleanliness left much to be desired. i found the carpet had stains and did not smell fresh. the bathroom had cleaning issues, and this was not up to standard.

helpful staff convenient station easy transportation unclean bathroom smoking smell poor insulation
the staff was helpful, especially madu. i appreciated her cute attitude. the hotel is close to the metro station (very convenient). i also found it easy to get around the area.
the bathroom was not clean. there was also a smoking smell in the room. the room insulation was not good (i could hear street noise).

damp smell poor breakfast
My room had a noticeable damp smell. I suspect it came from water damage near the bathroom. I found the smell quite bothersome (it made sleeping difficult). The breakfast was not great, lacking variety.

this was a nice stay. syed hafiz was especially polite. rajan, madu, and mohammed gave me great assistance. i felt very welcomed by mohamed saeed. he was good in cute me.
The gym and swimming pool hours were short. They close early.

The family room had a comfortable feel, with teenagers confirming it met their needs. The room and corridors had a good smell. the housekeeping supervisor, mr farouk, kindly replaced the pillowcases.

clean room breakfast options rooftop pool gym equipment
the rooms cleanliness was okay. breakfast had good options. the rooftop pool was open and usable and the gym equipment worked fine. the location had various shops and restaurants nearby. i found this convenient for meals and quick needs. i did enjoy the available facilities.
i thought the staff could use more training, especially in front desk etiquette. i observed some interactions that seemed impolite.

poor cleanliness uncleaned bathtub
the staff were friendly the room was a decent size
the cleanliness was not good i stayed for nine days my beddings were never changed despite my requests i had to request tissue for the bathroom multiple times the bathtub area was not cleaned at all
